Jerusalem Artichoke aka Sun-choke x5 Tubers

Jerusalem Artichokes (Helianthus tuberosus) produce edible tubers that taste like a cross between a potato and apple. Tubers can be dug as needed during fall/winter months and make a great healthy alternative to a potato. They can be eaten fresh or cooked in soups and stews. 5 tubers will come in a soil mix with at least 3 “eyes” per tuber. Plant soon after receiving for best results.
