Festiva vintage watch

Festiva vintage watch have a note on it stem cannot be pushed in so I'm assuming it needs to be replaced the stem but it appears to be functioning well the note stated when the movement is taken out and manually operated by the pushers watchmakers only this will need to be repaired I don't know how big of a job replacing a stem is but I do know that stem and my experience have been easy to replace so this one something may else be wrong I don't know but it's price to sell to leave a little room for repairs flawless for everyday use. premium materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
