Imported Dip Pen Set

I purchased this over 10 years ago at an imported goods store in Tokyo.It's a set of a dip pen and nibs.I only displayed it in a glass-doored shelf away from sunlight, so it's unused as a pen, but the nib on the far right is rusty.
