This listing pertains to an antique mahjong set in wooden box with drawers and carved bone / bamboo tiles, counting sticks, dice, and more. The box has lovely cut brass decorative accents. The set includes 2 books, one of which dates to the 1920s and is collectible on its own. This mahjong set is believed to date to around the 1920s.
The set includes 148 tiles, 4 of which could be used for replacements. The white dragons of this set are blank tiles. The tiles are in good condition overall. The box has some wear. The bottom corners of the front panel are c chipped. This isn't apparent until the panel is removed. The box is structurally sound. Feel gratis to ask any questions.
