Condition is incredibly gently used once or twice, appearing nearly brand recent with some light scuffs, no real wear.

Designed to attach securely to lash points under the saddle and to the seat post with well sewn nylon velcro straps. There are 3 zippers and 2 compartments. The top compartment has a small, velvety neoprene inner-pocket section for valuables. The bottom compartment is opened with the middle zipper, with the lower zipper expanding the compartment for extra space, if you need it.
