lovely vintage framed art watercolor of a cityscape. It looks like an original to me, but I can’t be 100% certain it does have a signature. I can only really make out the first name which is Ralph. I looked up online and the last name may be Williams. but the last name doesn’t look like that to me, but again I can’t even read cursive so I don’t know.

The colors are absolutely gorgeous.
I have the price so low because I don’t know if it’s an original and I really don’t know the artist if you can figure out and answer both those questions it could it could be worth a lot more money
