It is gently preloved and a lovely, cool-toned, dark, burgundy-berry color. It will be sanitized before shipping. The lippie is accompanied by a deluxe sample size Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Water Foundation with broad spectrum SPF 15. The color is 22N light neutral & the pictures, at least on MY screen, look true to color. It is NWOB.
