1.For any personal reasons (choose a wrong size / wrong color / doesn't fit ), you can simply email us to secure the return mailing address and return the item(s) in its original condition. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

2. If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

3. For other quality issues, please contact customer service in the first instance, we will refund immediately or send a newly-released package once we receive the photo of the item.
