Previously owned, in working condition. Signs of wear on the outer drill, the electric cord has been taped in one spot near the handle and there is a spot near the plug in area 3 inches that used to have electrical tape but from age has fallen off and the outer wire has cracked in a few places where the tape is missing. Otherwise this drill is in working condition.
Comes with a chuck that has been taped to the electric cord to prevent losing it.
