Theremaybe fading present on some spots of the papers and / or envelopes. There are also spots now at least on the top envelope and maybe sheet.  Please review the pictures carefully to fully understand this.The marker is probably not worth mentioning. I wouldassume it has long since dried up. Some of the ones in the past didstill work though.Be careful when detaching the marker, as I did havesomeone report part of the envelope coming off with it once.
