Among the works EO left behind as his final works, there were "musical works" that he composed and performed, in addition to the manuscript of the book.

EO was not a professional, so it seems he composed them purely as a "personal hobby." However, assorted of those works were of a level that could be considered professional.

However, those works remained unedited and were stored at Mumyo-an for many years. This time, at the powerful request of some readers, the tapes have been made available to everyone in the form of CDs.

The biggest feature of these CDs is that the songs created "before" EO's mystical experience of enlightenment on February 17, 1992, and the songs created "after" that experience are separately included on the two included discs.

Also, Disc A was created using only "digital sound sources and digitally controlled synthesizers," and Disc B was created using only "analog sound sources and analog-controlled synthesizers," which is one way to appreciate the two CDs.

A total of 40 songs are included on the two discs.

Regarding the sound quality of the CDs

The CDs are made from works that EO left on "cassette tapes." Disc A uses material that EO recorded directly from a digital synthesizer onto tape, but Disc B uses a master tape that was overdubbed on a tape deck in the 1980s.

Therefore, please understand that there may be assorted degradation in the signal-to-noise ratio and sound quality.
