Outside is in very good condition- no tears, pockets fully intact, zipper completely works. The Qi bear keychain has some small scratches. Caribeaner has some discoloration and wear but is fully functional. Orange lining inside is completely intact but there are pen marks in corners and across- see pictures and ask if you have any questions.
