Very new monstera. This will be shipped to UPS 2nd day shipping. Anyway I will pack it with outmost care insulation included, i am not liable with the weather and how the courier handle the plant. And please, before i shipped the plant i inspect it first if the roots where healthy and i took a picture of it before leaving my premises. I love my plants and i try my best to pack them well, its out of my hand how the courier handle delivering it to you. But i still wish that you get them in a good condition, but minor blemishes are normal due to plant travel. Pls lets me kind and analyze first before we talk to each other and blame the seller.
