Condition is used, It has the center redial button and the original notes. All buttons and functions were tested on a landline. The phone must have a cord(not included) that matches the last 2 pics. The phone outlet must also match the wire with 2 gold contacts. See pics. A friend lent me the cord -see pictured in last photos, and it worked great including the ringer volume.
