When plugged in, the mirror turns on, light settings bright and dim properly, battery indicator blinks but does not charge. Includes case, 5× round magnetic mirror , phone holder, charger, and mirror stand and instructions. This mirror has been well used, will require cleaning, and has makeup foundation on the pads as shown in photos. There is no damage or cracks to the glass. Case has wear from use.​
