Vintage Ceramic Turtle Tape Dispenser w Tape Holder made by Counterpoint in San Francisco in the 1970s. Made in Japan, as shown on orginal sticker.

No chips or cracks. The brown rim of paint on the bottom of the shell is rubbed off in several areas (I thought it was designed this way until I looked up images), but still a superb cute hippie vintage piece!
