I actually bought these at a local thrift store and they didn't fit my space. I really need 4 sets so I am not going to keep them.They are 36 inches long for the lower panels and the valance is 13 inches long. The content/ care tags have been removed. My best guess is that the material is a polyester crepe. They are very gorgeous and very distinctive!Note: the appliques feature some CUTWORK. Lovely but delicate.
